Override any due date, and schedule regeneration will never move a date or a lock you set.
A due date is a starting point, not a rule imposed on you. Open any asset and set the date yourself — your date replaces the generated one.
Once you move a date or lock it, GaugeRoute never touches it again. Regeneration only fills in future, untouched cycles; it will not move a date you set, undo a lock, or reschedule completed work. There is no background job that quietly reorders your schedule — not ever.
That is the whole point: the schedule works for you, and the moment you overrule it, it stays overruled.
