The route day works offline
Scan → inspect → photo → tag record. No signal needed in the basement.
Publishing a route day syncs everything the technician needs — the stops, the due assets, the checklists, the site notes. From there it runs with no network.
At each asset: scan the barcode, run the guided inspect, pass it or log a deficiency, snap the proof photo, write the tag record. Everything queues on the device and syncs when you are back on signal — the queued count is always visible, so nothing is ever silently lost.
