Sites, customers, and your license numbers

Set your customers, their buildings, and your cert numbers once — every record carries them.

A customer is who you bill; a site is one of their buildings. Add a customer, then add each building as a site with its address and any gate codes or after-hours access notes.

Assets live at a site permanently — they are bolted to that building’s walls, not carried between jobs. Every asset you add belongs to one site, and that binding does not move.

Add your state license and cert numbers under Settings so every tag record and every report carries them. That is what makes a record yours on a fire marshal’s desk.
