Turn on notifications and GaugeRoute tells you what needs attention: an asset coming due, a deficiency a technician raised, a contract up for renewal, an invoice ready to send. Each type is its own toggle under Settings ▸ Notifications.
GaugeRoute asks permission the first time you publish a route day, never at the door. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and the weekly digest — this week’s due and overdue work, renewals, and outstanding balances — is a single Monday summary you can switch off any time.
Technicians get the morning route notice; the money alerts stay with the office.
